At MR N MRS HOUSE CLEANING we go that extra mile to keep your home and office clean. Listed below are our cleaning policies. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these policies or if you have questions regarding our cleaning services.

Payment: Payment is due at time of service.  If you are not going to be home or office at the time of service, a check can be left. (Move out cleaning, cash only) make checks payables to Mr. n Mrs. House cleaning.

Special service requests: If you need special services like carpet cleaning, window washing, you must make arrangements for these services at least one week prior to your scheduled cleaning day.  We may not be able to accommodate a large request (carpet cleaning) the same week that it is requested. 

Equipment/cleaning chemicals: MR N MRS HOUSE CLEANING will provide all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies.  If you have a special request, such as the use of green cleaning chemicals, please let us know.

Cancellation policy:  We understand there may be times when you have a change of plans.  We need a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel.  If no prior notice is given and we send out a team to clean or you cancel the same day we do have a $25.00 cancellation charge. (will be charge to your next cleaning)

Keys: If you are not going to be home or office MR N MRS HOUSE CLEANING needs to be provided with a key or a key must be left in a place where our staff have easy access to.  If we arrive to clean and there is no key, a lock out fee of $30.00 will be charged to your next cleaning service.

Breakage policy: Our staff take the utmost care in cleaning, however, if one of our staff accidentally breaks an item a note will be left and we will call you to find out the value of the item and you will be compensated by replacing the item or pay for the value of it.

Issues/concerns about the service provided: MR N MRS HOUSE CLEANING will leave a check off sheet which will summarize the cleaning services provided that day and if they encountered any problems while cleaning the home or office. If you have any questions please call us immediately so we can address your concerns.
